BRIEF: I was contacted by someone who wanted a unique Christmas present for their dad who lost the top of his finger!
This finger was a cast in Fast Cast polyester resin using an alginate mould of my own finger. I then painted it with acrylics to replicate a real finger.
BRIEF: To create a newborn piglet prop for a theatre production of The Good Life.
Hand-crafted using polymer clay, acrylic paint and tin foil.
BRIEF: To measure an existing Mains Board Cover and recreate it - the original producer of these parts had closed down, so there was no other way of getting these crucial pieces.
I created this 3D design on SketchUp, and printed multiple using PLA filament on an Ender 3 V2 Neo. I then sold the STL file to the customer so they print more in future.
BRIEF: To create a giant (two-foot) marrow prop.
This was made using dense foam, car body filler and acrylic paint.
